Wonderful Vacation!- 5 of 5 Stars

We have just returned from a wonderful three week stay at Corvina Cove and are missing Florida already! Thanks to Kevin and family for providing this lovely home and all it has to offer. We chose this property because it allowed us to bring our 8-year old Labrador Retriever (Beamer) and it was large enough to accommodate additional family who flew in to join us. After driving three days to get there, it was wonderful to relax, cook a meal and enjoy the pool and sunset. The neighbourhood is safe and friendly. It was a pleasure to enjoy breakfast on the lanai and watch hot air balloons drift by.

The weather was absolutely spectacular (in the 80's and sunny almost every day). We spent three days at the Magic Kingdom (and enjoyed the look on out 6-year old granddaughter's face as she saw the Castle for the first time), went to the Kennedy Space Centre (on a day when they had an actual rocket launch), caught two spring training games (go Blue Jays!), and got our shopping fix locally as well as at downtown Disney, the Premium Outlets and the Florida Mall. The house was clean and exactly as pictured...with a great layout, six televisions, air hockey, foosball, exercise equipment and Disney movies. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. We definitely had a quality vacation here and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends!

Fun and Relaxing All Around!- 5 of 5 Stars

My fiance and I, along with our dogs stayed at Corvina Cove and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was more than enough room for us and we loved the pool/lanai area. It was close to Disney, which was nice, and there was tons of great golf nearby too. Lastly, Kevin was great at responding to my questions in a very timely manner. He made everything regarding our stay much easier. We plan on staying here again in the future. Thanks!

First...let me apologize with taking so long with the posting of my review, I have dying to get on here!!:)))

I want to say...we had an absolutely WONDERFUL time...not just at the Parks...but with our stay in Corvina Cove!! This was our little boy's first time to Disney...and we wanted everything to be just awesome...and it was...!!

Kevin and his family are just some of the nicest people ever and so quick to answer any questions that we had...the house itself was immaculate...the yard as well...the neighborhood...safe and very quite...and not far from grocery stores..restaurants..etc.. and more importantly...close to the Parks...it took us 15 min each way...give or take. And how wonderful it was...after spending a full day at one of the Parks....to come back to this lovely house...stocked with pretty much everything that we needed...and of course the pool!!! Our son...still talks about the pool and the air hockey table!!:)))

I can honestly say...that we would stay here again...in a heartbeat...we LOVED this house!!! And Kevin...a huge thank you to you and your family...for making this such a wonderful vacation!! P.S. Our Sadie (doggie) loved it as well!

Excellent As Advertised - 5 of 5 Stars

My family and I stayed at the Corvina Cove house for two weeks during August and the house is exactly as it is represented in the VRBO advertisement. Orlando shopping and attractions were only a short drive away and the price beats any hotel you can think of. The pool in the afternoons and on days off from running around was great. It was nice to be able to walk right outside and cool off. I would recommend this home to anyone and will definitely check for its availability if we return to Orlando. My Boxer thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well.

Excellent Honeymoon! - 5 of 5 Stars

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon.While we stayed here we traveled and made day trips around Florida to Saint augustine, st. Pete, manasota beach and disney's parks. This place is centrally located. It was nice to have a place to relax. The pool was beautiful. The table and chairs on the deck were nice--my husband and I would sit out there in the morning and drink orange juice. We loved the game room. We had a competition all week. Our arms were so sore we played THAT much air hockey. They have Disney movies for kids in the front room, they have a few other movies, we brought our own because Need for speed came out. There's plenty of dishes. We didn't bring our dog, but we could have. There was a small bed in the pantry, along with a food dish and there was a leash by the door. Kevin was very quick to respond when we inquired about the house. He even emailed us a packet to look over. Because it's relaxing, fun, and centrally located I would recommend this vacation home to everyone.

We completely enjoyed our stay and our 6 and 8 year old great granddaughters loved their own rooms and the pool. The owner takes pride in his property and called us to make sure everything was in order. My wife and I highly recommend it.

We have stayed here for past two summers. Highly recommend it to friends and family. Kevin is very easy to work with and checks to make sure everything is ok. House is very clean and spacious. Loved that we could bring our furbabies! Nice to relax in pool after Disney/Universal. Hope we can go back again. Parks are within 10 to 15 minutes away and there is a grocery store nearby. House is just like photos too.

A Wonderful Week at Corvina Cove - 5 of 5 Stars

We just returned from a wonderful week. The house was perfect, pristine and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved all the extra touches like the dog bed and bowl, step stool for the children's bathroom, and child-sized clothes hangers. We loved relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. The location is great. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood but close to Disney and about 25 min from Legoland and Universal. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend. We can't wait until we can go back for another stay!

We needed a place close to the Gaylord for my partner and I from Fort Lauderdale as well as his parents from Indiana and my parents from Chicago to all stay together. His sister also flew in from Dallas! So having one great home to stay in for this trip was so terrific. Close to what we needed and nice open space with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We love being able to go on a trip and save some money by cooking and grilling out and this provided the perfect space.

This property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were very comfortable. The family enjoyed the air hockey table and game consoles. We tried out the pool, which was very nice. Unfortunately the weather would not cooperate during our stay so we only got to enjoy it for 1 day. We would definately recommend this to anyone considering a house rental near Disney. Never a Dull Moment - 5 of 5 Stars

We have had two family vacations in this lovely home thus far. We originally selected this home because of the proximity to Disney and other attractions, the pool and the owner's acceptance of our dogs as part of our family. We came back the second time for the same reasons but now it feels like a home away from home. The owners have the "special touches" down just right, like labeling the myriad of electrical switches so that guests don't have to fumble around in the dark; having plenty of towels, games, things for adults & kids alike to do, and having extremely comfortable furniture. We have now found some special favorite restaurants like "Sake" and of course head out each day for a couple of hours of sunshine while our pups take their afternoon nap. We loved it and we will be back.

We booked this rental based on the private pool, game room, and other cleanliness reviews. When my family (5 ppl) arrived we were all blown away at just how clean this beautiful home actually was! The online pictures are great, but to be in person take the rooms to a whole new level, so roomy! The home has a perfect layout that keeps the bedrooms (and own bathrooms) far enough away from each other for privacy, but has two large family living areas that everyone could hang out in together. The owners really did think of just about everything you will need for your stay, from games to linens, from baby to dog. The house is in a great neighborhood that is close to all of the Disney parks, which we visited a different one everyday. The owners are extremely efficient and very pleasant to work with. If only everyone was that easy to work with! Staying at this rental has forever changed our minds from renting any hotels again in the future. Thank you for renting this beautiful and family friendly home out for us to enjoy our vacation! We all had a blast!

We live in Florida and visit the Disney area often and are always looking for fun places to stay. This was our first time staying at the Corvina Dr house, but it won't be our last! The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated (furniture looked brand new), and had everything we could possibly need. It felt like we were staying with friends - not in a rental home. The kids loved that the game room was indoors! This was great because many places we have been to have them in the garage - which is a bad idea in Florida due to the fact that it is always super hot and you cannot open the door because of the bugs! We loved the location - quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the parks. Restaurants in the area were less crowded, and groceries were just down the street. We highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to spend time in the Disney area!

Awesome! - Never staying in a Hotel Again! - 5 of 5 Stars

This house is immaculate. It was perfect for our family vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is relaxing. Everything you may need is within a 30min. drive including Disney, Universal, downtown Orlando grocery stores, shopping, food etc. Having 2 living rooms our daughter watched tv n played video games in one and the adults chatted in the other. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the screened in pool is a nice treat. When it came to the end of our trip our 9 year old daughter cried and said "I love this house, why cant we just live here?" We highly recommend staying at Corvina Cove and we look foward to staying here again in the future. Already started planning our next trip! Thank You Kevin for offering such a wonderful home for other families to enjoy.

We had a very enjoyable time at this home in February. The home is very roomy and located on the right side of Orlando to visit many of the attractions that appeal to families. There is also reasonably priced golf within short distances. The home is very comfortable for families and well laid out. The view from the backyard is very nice, particularly for sunsets. We also saw a number of hot air balloons in the morning that launch from a site over a ridge in the west. It is located in a quiet community that was nice to walk around with our dog.

Great Rental Experience - 5 of 5 Stars

Our experience is different from others in that we did not have children but had our dogs and we wanted to connect with my son who was coming in from AZ so that we could have some "annual" fun together. This rental was so much more than expected and more than the pictures displayed. Very spacious, packed with amenities, and the layout was perfect for having "your own space." The owners of this rental really care about their tenants. The kitchen was fully packed with everything you need and the towels and linens were very fresh and clean. The cleaning staff had done a wonderful job for our arrival. We definitely recommend this house as it and the owners' previous communications make you comfortable from the moment you arrive. If you have sampled "Disney World" before, I would recommend going to Wonder Works. For dining, just down the street is a great Japanese restaurant called Sake that has great sushi and sake rolls. When you come home for the evening, the owner has provided a Wii system, great books, games and DVDs for the kids and televisions for everyone in your group. I would definitely rent this again in a heartbeat.

Our family decided to do Christmas in Orlando this year. The house we rented turned out to be very nice. The location was nice for Disney World and for local grocery story,drug story and restaurants. The owner was always quick to answer any e-mails I had . We had my daughters dogs with us , the owner even had an extra dog bed if we needed . I also noticed extra little things to help parents with little ones, such as high chair ,strollers and even a cute little bath towel with a hoodie for a baby. The property was very clean which I am very pickey about. I would definitely recommend this house for people with children as two of the bedrooms are decorated so cute for children. Thank-you

Fit the Bill - 5 of 5 Stars

My family of four stayed over Thanksgiving week, everything was as expected. Description and photos provided were accurate. Property was clean, well maintained, and everything was in working condition. Pool heat was great, as we were able to enjoy a relaxing swim, even on nights that got down into the low 50s. Kevin was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. I'd recommend this property to a friend or relative, especially families with children. The floor plan allows for kids to have their own space and the adults comfortably in their own area. Floor plan also allows for different sleep schedules. Spaced well so that family members can stay up late playing or watching movies without noise keeping anyone else up. Great neighborhood, we took walks with the dog most evenings. Family went to Disney, Legoland which were both convienent drives. Stone Creek Pizza is nearby and very good. Posner Park shopping center is nearby with a nice Italian place, chinese grill, and a sushi place. I'll also shamelessly promote the Target in the same shopping center, which has fresh groceries and a Starbucks! Ultimately, great experience in a peaceful neighborhood that is just the right distance from the attractions to keep the drives short but the price right.

Quiet, Relaxing, with All the Amenities my Family Needed - 5 of 5 Stars

We just spent some time at Corvina Cove, and what a great place it was! The house is very quiet, set back in the neighborhood and away from any road noise, and there is almost no traffic in the neighborhood. We had everything we needed for our stay, from towels and bedding, to all of the entertainment and games that the house has, we didn't have to want for anything. The Disney-themed decor is a nice touch, without being over done, and both my older kids and younger one felt right at home. Being able to bring our dogs was a huge plus for us, the whole family stayed together that way. The location information I found on the house's website was pretty accurate, and we didn't encounter any traffic issues getting to any of the parks. Door to door you can get to Hollywood Studios and Epcot in less than 15 minutes and a few minutes longer for Animal Kingdom. You can take 192 to the parks or you can just hop on I4 instead, which is what we did and it's a no-brainer trip. Our GPS had a bit of a hard time figuring out the easiest way into the neighborhood. If you're going North on 27, the easiest way to get into Tuscan Ridge is to do a quick U-Turn which will take you right into the turning lane for Tuscan Ridge street. Even in busier traffic, it was easy to get in there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Corvina Cove, you can't go wrong!

Rental Value! 5 of 5 Stars

My wife's family and I (5 adults, all senior citizens) rented this villa for six weeks in early 2011. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood just off US27 a short distance north of Interstate-4. All the furnishings were in beautiful condition, and the property management company was very responsive to the few minor problems (like an unresponsive remote control) we had. The layout of two living areas allowed my wife and her mom to be in separate areas of the house so they could each watch their favorite TV programs at the same time. The pool was lovely and heated to a comfortable temperature for my wife's arthritic back. There are no houses immediately in back of the villa, so we had no one watching us when we used the pool. The only thing I would have liked that we didn't have was a safety bar at the shallow end of the pool to help my partially handicapped wife and her 90-year old mother get in and out of the pool. (In all my searches of rental properties, I have not found one rental that has a safety bar). The WiFi connection worked perfectly, and I was able to easily perform my day job responsibilities as well as I could do at home. The only problem (very minor) we found was with the corded phone. The main phone ringer did not work, but the ringer on the phone in the master bedroom did. A few times the phone rang early in the morning and woke my wife up out of a sound sleep, but other than that it was a stress-free stay. This place was such a great value that we have rented it again for 2012.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! RELAXING! UNFORGETABLE! 5 of 5 Stars

We stayed at the villa for our honeymoon and must I say it was the most relaxing and stress free getaway we have ever experienced. Communication and booking are first class and Alan and Sue are very friendly and easy to communicate with. This home had us amazed from day one to day eight being located in a supremely quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunsets, and remarkable atmosphere and definitely considered a family friendly stay or romantic get away! Home is spotless from front to back side to side. Having the basic kitchen necessities and bedroom necessities made this stay ONE OF A KIND! Literally no worries from the day of booking til the morning we left! Alan responds very quick to emails when something of importance is at all a concern. We have a cracker barrel at home and we love the food, so this is where we ate breakfast just about every morning prior to going to Universal, Disney, Sea World or any other attraction that may be the main reason for your stay! By the way which are all within a 15-30 minute drive. VERY CONVENIENT IF THE KIDDOS ARE WITH YOU! No "Are we there yet?" questions... I could go on and on but this review has to stop somewhere! I LOVED THIS STAY FAR BETTER THAN ANY OTHER VACATION! MUST STAY FOR YOURSELF TO FIND OUT! God Bless!

You will Not be Disappointed - 5 of 5 Stars

Anyone contemplating the rental of this villa would not be disappointed. The owners were great to work with. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, we enjoyed our walks. We had 4 adults and 1 child and the layout of the house suited our family needs perfectly. The proximity to Disney made our daily trips a breeze even for the little ones that wanted to know "are we there yet?” Grocery and other shopping was within 3 minutes, so we were able to plan & enjoy our meals in. The well maintained heated pool was a great relaxer after a busy day at Disney. It was a nice touch to have 2 strollers at the villa. All of us agreed we would definitely return here and recommend this villa to other people.
